By making our smoked sriracha salt, we discovered that our 12-hour hickory-smoked cycle will reduce how spicy something is by replacing it with a smoky taste.

 

The result is a blend of spicy and smoky flavour that tie together all of the ingredients to create a campfire, or smoker-cooked taste to enhance your next meal.

its history

As an avid BBQ fan, my wife and I are often cooking some sort of grilled feast for our friends. This, combined with our creative nature led us to create our spicy BBQ seasoning, which everyone but my wife loved, as she has a much lower spice tolerance than my friends and I.

Whether you prefer spicy or the smoky, each one goes great

  • on buttered corn

  • as seasoning for chicken

  • as steak garnish

  • as a rub for pork chops

  • as base for pulled pork sauce

  • mixed into a half and half mayo/sour cream base as dip
